Before you write
The enquiries we can answer fastest include four things. If you have them to hand, put them in the first message and you will save a round trip:
- What the product is — a tech pack, a sketch, a link, or a photo of something close enough to work from.
- Quantity per style — and how many styles.
- Target landed cost, if you have one. It is not rude to state it; it stops us both wasting a week.
- Where it ships and by when. Sampling is 18–21 days and production is 75–80 days, so a date tells us immediately whether it is feasible.
If you do not have a tech pack, that is fine — most first enquiries do not. A reference sample in the post is worth more than a specification document anyway.
What happens next
- We reply within one working day, usually the same day.
- Costing, materials list and a sampling date, normally within a working week.
- Sample in 18–21 days. Comments, one revision, then a sealed sample.
- Bulk cut against the sealed sample. Production 75–80 days. 100% pre-shipment inspection.

Common questions
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Our minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colourway. We do not sell single units or retail quantities. For programmes above 1,000 pieces we can phase delivery across multiple shipments.
- How long does sampling take?
- Sampling takes 18 to 21 days from the point we have an approved specification. You will have a costing, a materials list and a sampling date within a working week of your enquiry.
- What is the production lead time?
- Bulk production runs 75 to 80 days from approval of your sealed sample. Capacity is 10,000+ units per month.
- Do I need a tech pack to enquire?
- No. Most first enquiries do not have one. A sketch, a reference photo, or a sample bag in the post is enough to start from.
- Which leathers and finishes can you work in?
- Chrome, chrome-free and vegetable tannages across cow, buffalo, goat, calf and sheep, in eight finishes from aniline through to saffiano. REACH-tested materials, and LWG-rated leather where your programme requires it.
- Who owns the design?
- You do. Designs, patterns and specifications you supply remain your property, and we do not resell your styles to anyone else.
