We have not appointed a data protection officer. Send any question about this policy, or any request to exercise the rights set out below, to the email address above.
What we collect, and why
Information you send us through the enquiry form
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, work email and country, and optionally a product category, an estimated quantity and a description of your project. We use this solely to answer your enquiry and to quote for the work.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where a quotation leads to an order, the performance of a contract with you.
The form is processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., which is based in the United States. Your submission is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to our inbox. This means the data you enter leaves the European Economic Area. Formspree's own privacy terms apply to that processing in addition to this policy.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Its servers record standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as part of operating and securing the site.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which advertisements lead to enquiries. Both are governed by Google Consent Mode v2.
When you submit the enquiry form we also pass your email address to Google so that a resulting enquiry can be matched to the advertisement that led you here. Your browser converts the address into an irreversible SHA-256 hash before it is sent; we do not transmit the address itself for this purpose, and Google uses the hash only to match against its own records. This does not happen if you press Decline.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring how the site and our advertising perform, and you may object at any time by pressing Decline — see the section on cookies below. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and similar technologies
We record your cookie choice in your browser's local storage under the key revaticraft_analytics_consent. This is strictly necessary to remember your decision and is set regardless of what you choose.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions unless you press Decline, in which case it does not.
To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings. The banner will appear again on your next visit and you can choose differently.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose it only to the service providers that operate this website on our behalf, and only so far as they need it:
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) — delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement
- Google Workspace (Google LLC) — hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry
We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.
Transfers outside the EEA
We are established in India, and the providers listed above process data in India and the United States. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred to us or to those providers, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards at the email address above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and for 12 months after our last contact with you, so that we can pick up a dormant conversation and meet our own record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection law gives you the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict how we process your data, or object to that processing
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable form
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, write to contact@revaticraft.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Germany this is the authority for the federal state where you live; in the Netherlands it is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. This version is dated 11 August 2026.
